Exchanges, Returns and Repairs Policy
We back everything we make with our Guarantee. If your item isn’t working for you, send it in for a return or repair, hassle free. Please call our Customer Service department at 626-600-8515 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .We are happy to help and may be able to resolve the issue without you having to go through the returns process.
If the product you purchased has quality problems (not caused by human damage), or If the item just doesn't work for you, we do offer free replacement, return or repair on all items within 30 days of purchase. You can tell SUNLLIPE customer service staff to purchase order numbers, product photos and product issues, we will replace, return or repair according to regulations. Please package items and all accessories properly and safely. Items received in a damaged state may result in a reduced refund amount. We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. We will be in touch if there are any issues.
If it is more than 30 days after your purchase, all return requests are subject to case by case approval, and shipping and restocking fees may apply.
We do not accept returns on bulk orders, orders of 6 or more pieces, at any time.
If an order is returned to us because of customer error, a re-shipping fee of $9.95 applies. This is due to the cost of re-packing and re-shipping returned items. If an order is returned to us because of our error, we will not charge a re-shipping fee.
